How our process works, what to expect on site, and how our plans fit your project.
Every project follows three stages. Plan & Define: you share your idea, plans, budget and location, and we agree a clear scope. Design & Prepare: we coordinate design, costing, materials, schedules and site preparation. Build & Deliver: construction begins, with supervision, quality control and progress updates until handover.
Plan & Save is for clients preparing for a future project who want a structured path toward it. Build in Phases is for clients who prefer to complete their project step by step. Start & Build Now is for clients with approved plans who are ready to build. See the Plans page for full details.

Yes. With Build in Phases, your project is planned as a whole and then split into stages, such as the foundation, walling, roofing and finishing. Each phase has its own budget, and you pay as agreed milestones are reached.
We start with a preliminary estimate based on your idea or plans. Once the site has been assessed and the design is confirmed, we prepare a detailed budget covering the work, materials and schedule, so you know what the project will cost before construction starts.
We plan and procure the materials your project needs, and we manufacture our own concrete blocks, pavers and pre-mixed cement with sand.
Yes. Our team supervises the work on site and coordinates every trade, with quality control at each stage of construction.
Yes. You receive transparent progress updates at every stage, from the start of construction through to completion and handover.
