The Bunga Residential Development, off the Kawuku–Ggaba Road, is a multi-storey residential building delivered by Snow Holdings from the structure through to the finished facade.
It shows the full journey of a residential project: a reinforced concrete frame, walling, scaffolding and external works, and a clean, modern finish.
We built the reinforced concrete frame floor by floor, followed by walling, plastering and the external finishes. Scaffolding and site supervision kept the work safe and organised at height, and each stage was checked before the next began.
The Bunga development demonstrates Snow Holdings’ capability on multi-storey residential construction, from the first floor slab to the final finish.
